Which plan do I need?
Design if you need the drawing, the tour, staging and the listing: most agents and designers. Job if you also price the job, send tenders to your trades, quote the client and track the build: most builders. Development if you're planning a community of 10 to 50 homes. Each plan includes everything in the one before it.
How does the free trial work?
Sign in with your email. We send you a link, so there's no password and no credit card. You get 30 days free. On day 31 your account turns read-only — your homes and buyer links keep working — until you pick a plan. Nothing is ever deleted.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes. Every Presell price is in CAD, billed monthly, or yearly with 2 months free.
What does "launch price" mean?
The price you pay now, shown next to the regular price struck through. Launch pricing. Prices may rise as features leave beta — you'll get 30 days' notice before any change to your plan.
How do seats work?
Seats are for your own team: Design includes 2 team seats, Job 5 team seats, and Development 15 team seats, plus unlimited viewers. Extra team seats are $25/mo each. Clients, subs and buyers are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Move up or down whenever the work changes, and your homes come with you. Month to month, cancel any time.
What does "Rolling out" mean?
The feature is part of that plan and is reaching customers now. If you need it on day one, talk to us and we'll tell you where it stands.

The 3D walkthrough runs in any modern web browser on a phone, tablet or desktop. There's no app, no download and no powerful hardware needed: an inexpensive Chromebook or an Amazon Fire tablet runs it fine.
